Walking. Walking home to me is 6.3 km, and 125 m of elevation. Its beautiful, its challenging, it is a release of stress for me. I have been doing it for 3-4 nights a week for the last 3 weeks. (40 degrees Celsius with humidity is my cut off).

I have the luxury of walking up Uli's Stairs that he hand cut and built into the rock, they are beautiful, and stunning and uneven and difficult.

Anyway, I just thought I would share a quick post of some stunning views. More news coming up!
